Well I must admit that this cake is far from my best work. The humid weather really got the better of me this week but oh well, you live and learn. At least it tasted pretty good...

3 tiers of dark chocolate mudcake, layered with dark chocolate ganache. The tiers were 9", 7" and 5".

Little angel Zoe

This cake was for little Zoe's dedication. Her mum provided me with a photo of a cake she liked and we changed it around a little to produce this...

And of course, she had to have matching cookie pops for her little friends to take home...

God certainly does love you Zoe!

The brief? A cake for a 3 year old boy who loves Bob the Builder and tools. The result?

It's a 5" white chocolate mudcake with white chocolate ganache. I gave my new edible markers quite the work-out and they are fabulous!
