Baking For Goats is the name of a program where I create cakes, cupcakes or cookies for your special occasion and you do not pay me a cent. However, I ask that you give generously to my favourite charity, Tear Fund Australia, by purchasing from their Useful Gift Catalogue. You can buy chickens, piglets, a toilet or even a goat (hence the name) which will be provided to some of the neediest areas of the developing world.

What kind of things can I make?
I am willing to give almost anything a go. You can give me as little or as much guidance as you like. I generally make dark chocolate or white chocolate mudcakes, layered with dark or white chocolate ganache and covered with fondant. Have a look through my posts to get some ideas. I can also make vanilla sugar cookies covered with fondant and royal icing, or cupcakes covered with cream cheese frosting or fondant. I am always looking to learn knew things so tell me what you want and I will tell you if I can do it.
Please note, however, that I am by no means a professional cake decorator and I do not run a business. I am a passionate amateur looking for more opportunities to hone her talents.
